Jewish Americans for Sarah Palin is an independent group of academic, religious and political leaders, dedicated to promoting consideration of Gov. Sarah Palin’s political positions in the wider American Jewish community.

We find Ms. Palin’s policy positions on Israel, Iran, national security, fiscal responsibility, energy, and social policy – as well as her record on these issues as governor of Alaska and candidate for Vice President of the United States – to be serious, substantive and politically mainstream.

Though not at present a candidate for any political office, Gov. Palin’s track record in public office has been exemplary, and has withstood the test of the most demanding scrutiny of investigative news media. Gov. Palin’s ongoing contribution to the public discourse in America is welcome.

Thank you sooooooo much.Your site is restoring some hope for Jews .Sarah Palin is one of the greatest American supporters for Jews today even though she has been trashed by Jews in Hollywood and in the media, she remains a solid supporter and loyal friend to Jews.I am really glad that some in the Jewish community are starting to wake up and appreciate her,the “American Jews for Sarah Palin’ group is a great start to building a relationship between Sarah Palin and the Jews.Jews who fear Sarah Palin are Jews who are not educated in Judaism, once they take classes and understand their religion they will understand why they shouldn’t fear her Christian beliefs. The American Christian evangelical community has been very different from Christians in other parts of the world. One of their core belief is that “those who bless Jews will be blessed and those who curse Jews will be cursed” and that message is consistent with Judaism. They actually believe that America has been blessed in part because of their good relationship with Jews. Their other belief of messianic end of time is not consistent with Judaism,if Jews believe with complete faith in Judaism than their messianic message should not matter.+1

“not those who seek to raise themselves up by scapegoating and demonizing others.”

And the Democrats do not engage in this tactic? You are incredibly blind. Talk about irony…

  6. Bruce O'H. says:

Leftist trolls. So good at mocking others. Yet they are the ones who BELIEVE in a Daly machine Chicago thug politician. Wow !! They’re really enlightened geniuses, huh?

  7. hrh says:

    Hey anonymous,

I say to you what I said to Ira, “what, pray tell, have the Democrats ever done for the Jews?”

I’m waiting for your intelligent, factual, noninsulting answer …

    P.S. I know I’ll be waiting a long time.

  8. anonymous says:

    jewsforsarah…

    hahah, what a joke.

I can’t figure it which is funnier, the “jews” part or the “for sarah” part.

    Is that like GaysforInhofe?

I find it incredibly hard to believe that so many people here interpret criticism of Israel as “hate.” Not only that, but it saddens me to see that so many of you place your alliance based on religion.

Any of you who claim Barack Obama is doing anything less than continuing the trend of giving Israel more support than they deserve is astoundingly misinformed. Just this week, the President asked Congress for $205,000,000 to give to Israel so that they may build up their missile defenses.
    http://rawstory.com/rs/2010/0513/obama-asks-congress-205-million-upgrade-israeli-missile-defenses/
Israel is making dramatic economic surpluses this year. Why, may I ask you, aren’t they paying for their mechanisms of destruction themselves?

  10. Bruce O'H. says:

Sarah’s dad is Charles Richard Heath b 1938 in Los Angeles, CA
his dad was Charles F Heath b 1901 in Chicago, ILL died in Idaho

    Nellie’s parents were:
Henry Chas Brandt b MINN in 1868 (his father was born in German and his mom born in Ohio)
& May B b Wisc in 1868 (her parents were born in Mass)

    Henry Chas Brandt’s parents:
father Charles C Brandt b 1837 Friedland, Mecklenburg, Germany (his parents born Mecklenburg) (he was a farmer in MN) died 1905 in Calif
mother was Maria Criss b ca 1840 b OH (her parents born in Ohio)

Parents of Charles C Brandt :
Carl Christian Brandt b 1808 in Mecklenburg-Stelitz, Germany died 1889 in New Ulm, MN
Wilhelmina Platt b 1812 in Friedland, Mecklenburg, Germany died 1880 in New Ulm, MN
I believe Sarah could more properly be called a Righteous Gentile.

  11. Aldinsgirl says:

I am so happy to see this site. I have read that Sarah Palin’s maternal grandmother and grandfather were Jewish and her paternal grandmother was Jewish. Even though her paternal grandfather was Christian, that would still make her mother Jewish by birth as would be Sarah.
If this is true, maybe this has something to do with her close feelings to Israel.

  12. Bruce O'H. says:

I believe that Sarah was referring to the fact that Jews will be flocking to Israel to defend her. It’s clear that Obama is, at the least, a Muslim sympathizer. At worst, an anti-Semite. I believe the latter. Would you befriend Farrakan and Wright if you didn’t share their beliefs?
The Arabs are emboldened, Iran is arming with atomic weapons.Acmadinijad will use that weapon on Israel. Obama is not stopping Iran. Israel will have to take the Iranian atomic arsenal out. By June, if my reckoning is correct.
There will be war, which Obama is facilitating. Which Israel must fight for her survival.
People will be flocking to Israel. I’m 59, not Jewish, but I pray to the One G-d, the Creator Of All, and I will go to free a younger man for the front.
This is what I think Sarah was referring to.

  13. Irina says:

I thought only Jews from former Soviet bloc saw who Obama really was. Please continue talking to your liberal relatives and friends. I believe every conversation makes a difference sooner or later. Left wing hate for Israel spreads rapidly.

  14. hrh says:

And which Democrat, Ira, pray tell, has been there when the chips are down?

Governor Palin had an Israeli flag in her governor’s office – years before she was a glimmer in any national politician’s eye.

She participated in Jewish and ecumenical religious services as governor.

She has a lifelong personal support of Israel.

She is not “politically opportunistic,” as you say. Please do some research.

Democrats are not Jewish allies. Some Republicans are not Jewish allies.

Sarah Palin is. Do your homework.

  15. Ira says:

Are you really that short-sighted? Sarah Palin declares the U.S. a Christian nation, and you don’t think this is something to be concerned about in the long term? She endorses expansion of West Bank settlements because “More and more Jewish people will be flocking to Israel in the days and weeks and months ahead.” Really? You think she has genuine, well-thought positions about Israel? She is politically opportunistic, and as Jews we cannot count on her to be there when the chips are down. Fortunately, she will never be in a position of power.

  16. Pauli says:

This website is great, thanks. I like Sarah Palin; I don’t know if she is right for national office. But what I do know is that the mainstream media shows how out of touch they are with regular Americans by their loathing of this good woman.

  17. Guest says:

Sorry am late to the party. But it’s about goddamn time!

  18. dan says:

Thank G-d she made the decision to leave her position as Governor of Alaska, she instinctively knew that the country needed her more than her position in Alaska. She gives us HOPE that there will be CHANGE.

  19. Don says:

As a Jew, I would never consider supporting a right wing movement that declares this country a “Christian nation” or a candidate who wants to eradicate the separation of church and state. History has taught us, as Jews, to be wary of such zealotry and exceptionalism. I’m thankful that Gov. Palin’s first attempt to win power failed, and, like the overwhelming majority of Jewish voters, I will continue to support candidates who stand for progressive, inclusive politics — not those who seek to raise themselves up by scapegoating and demonizing others.

  20. dan says:

I entered my wrong email address yesterday I forgot to enter the 1 in front of my email address ,please correct my address with the one I just entered ,I want to make sure that I get updates from this really important site.
    Thank you

Finally!!! I was waiting for something like this a long time… Sarah Palin has my support!!! Obama has put America and Israel in grave danger. He is trying to weaken us in Israel and jeopardize our security, thank G-d for Bibi who stays strong under pressure. I never supported Obama because I did not believe his nice words and saw how deceiving he is. Looking at his past associations of radicals, I still don’t understand why Jews in America voted for him. Obama is in his heart of hearts a Moslem and the American people should not be blinded by him, his actions today prove that he trying to strengthen his Moslem brothers. I hope it is not to late what damage he already created. I know that Israel will be alright even through all its hardship that it has to endure and that America will be again the land of opportunity that we all love. May HaShem bless both our countries…

  23. Reuven Boruch says:

    To Ms. Palin;

I urge you to be our collective voice. I am Jewish, and devoted to the religion & culture, but…

I am not naive. Israel is not the only issue where President Obama is wrong. He has made a series of poor choices during his brief tenure in office.

Ms. Palin; I urge you to remind you fans, followers & admirers to vote in the November Mid term Election .. and to vote for a block of canidates that will put some balance back in Washington. I think the days where President Obama can strong arm Congress need to end.

  24. Peggy says:

Go, Sarah Go! All the to the White House in 2012.
    America Bless God!

  25. Jami Williamson says:

I echo the sentiments already expressed by most on this page. So glad this page is up and running!

Thanks, Sarah for standing up to the elitists!

  26. rachel says:

Count me in, Sarah! I support you for your belief in the U.S. Constitution, your common sense, your solid experience and accomplishments, and for your support for Israel.

None of which could be said about Obama.

  27. Sol Jacob says:

We’d love to see you at the Salute to Israel Parade in NY if it’s on your schedule, if not this year then next !

    Run, Sarah, Run !!!!

  28. Linda Wall says:

Thank you. I am a Christian but sometimes I think I am more Jewish because of my love for Deuteronomy and the Old Testament.

I was embarassed, again, by the president when he was so rude to Israel’s prime minister.

This is a Judeo-Christian nation and the president is the one who has it wrong.
Please accept my apology for the muslim president we have right now. He does not speak for most Americans. We love the nation of Israel and her people.

  29. ploni says:

“Gov. Palin’s track record in public office has been exemplary”
really? quitting her governorship does not support that.

  30. RB says:

Sarah Palin shares the name of the Jewish matriarch, Sarah, the wife of Abraham. One more reason to love her!

  31. Phineas says:

Is there a “Gentiles Auxiliary” for Jewish Americans for Sarah Palin? If so, I’d like to join. :)

Seriously, I’m a big fan of the Governor’s and was very happy to see this site open shop. Good luck with your efforts!

  32. Michael Spiegel says:

Please consider me one of the Jews for Sarah.
I’m happy to find somebody who shares my views on Sarah Palin.
